I'm so sorry guys for not updating but it's not like you guys've been waiting for any updates anyway =\
The post for today is about the burpee exercise, my current favourite.. haha
It's a full-body workout which helps in training your stamina, strength and endurance (trust me on this 1 LOL)
Here's how you perform the exercise, of course after you've done some stretching to avoid injuries
1. Start in a squatting position with both hands on the floor.. something like a frog
2. Kick both your legs backwards into a push-up position and do a push-up
3. Return into the squatting position
4. Leap as high as possible then land into the squatting position again and repeat step 1.-4.
For starters who lack strength in the arms, the push-up phase can be skipped. After kicking the leg backwards into a push-up position just pull both the legs back into the squatting position.
For those who wants more challenge, try the exercise with 1 hand =)
15 reps of the normal burpee and you'll start to feel the kick xD
